There are two versions of this phrase. There is also “Ci ha intrattenuti con delle storie divertenti.” Does it mean that the participio does not have to match “ci” and its inflection is optional? What is the rule of thumb?
Ciao Konsa, I too am a bit confused here as the “intrattenuti” seems strange since the tense “ha intrattenuto” is correct. (Purtroppo I can’t help with the Spanish).
I didn’t know that, Morbrorper, thanks for the info. A friend of mine once said “Bah, Italian is easy, just ad an a or an o!” so I introduce them to ci , vi and glielo etc;-)
