Who is that guy?
Clozemaster seems to use both “tipo” and “tizio” for “guy.” Is there a difference, or would both work here?
Is one more commonly used?

Ciao. I tend to use both but “tizio” seems to be more general as “guy” whereas “tipo” is perhaps more descriptive. (Happy to be corrected;-)
