I find the translation is ok, so not much to say about it. If you have a specific question about it, feel free to share what puzzled you.
Otherwise, the only points I feel i can add:

  • depending on the context, sauvage could also be translated as savage. So, the sentence inherently has a bit more “rough” energy to it
  • pieu (so, actually, yes there seems to be an error here, because pieux is either plural or “pious”) is slang for bed (and apparenly also slang for penis - TIL - so it adds to the sexual meaning of the sentence)
