The “vous” and “à vous” in this sentence seem redundant. Is that for emphasis? (The English: “It will happen to you too.”)

It can be for emphasis, however it sounds “heavy” (vous… à vous), not very pleasant. But seeing the original sentence, this is a misleading translation.
