Grazie ai santi (as Montalbano would say) our club madrelingua says that “otorino” is generally used. But like you, I want so much to be able to say it without thinking. Let’s keep trying … otorinolaringoiatra otorinolaringoiatra (Incidentally it really helps to lean heavily on the ‘oiatra’ and ignore emphasising any of the other vowels:-)
