Apparently there’s either an ambiguity (I only know a little french - the sentence has an “ambiguous” tag on tatoeba) or the person who translated this to german got confused and mistook “landing strip” (pubic hair pattern), that “ticket de métro” can refer to, as “Mohawk haircut”.
