We need a native person to confirm, but my guess is that there is a liaison, like in “Je vous en prie.” Here is a youtube pronunciation guide that uses a liaison.
There is indeed a liasion, so the “s” is pronounced (like a “z” .-- a “z”, which is, incidentally, not pronounced in “allez”–)
