English Translation
She helped her husband with his work.
Interesting.
I first tried “col”.
Then I asked myself how an Italian would say
“She helped her husband with her work”
(e.g. she is a journalist and he a politician)
because you cannot distinguish it by the Italian pronoun.
So would “col suo lavoro” be correct for “with her work”?
And is in Englsih “in his work” wrong?
Btw, in German pronoun and preposition change:
" …bei seiner Arbeit"
“… mit ihrer Arbeit”
so maybe that’s the reason for my confusion.
