My understanding is that the correct form of address for tu and vous is:
Aide-moi et je t’aiderai.
Aidez-moi et je vous aiderai.
Is the cloze sentence a mistake?

Interestingly enough, Tatoeba has four sentences, one for each combination of singular and plural, all contributed by the native speaker who calls himself Sacredceltic. It does seem deliberate.
