The whole Japanese sentence is so unnatural. I would propose:
データ項目が頻繁に追加・削除される表なら、Accessではなく表計算ソフトを使うといいですよ。（データこうもくがひんぱんについか・さくじょされるひょうなら、アクセスではなくひょうけいさんソフトをつかうといいですよ。）
Translating “For a display where the data items”, and “I think you are best making use of” are a bit tricky. A word-for-word translation doesn’t work in this context.
