I think it should indeed be “parecchi momenti”. This seems confirmed by the fact that other sentences using parecchi on Tatoeba are all followed by a plural noun (e.g. parecchi amici, giorni, bambini).

This specific sentence also seems to be the only exception on ReversoContext, with all other sentences indeed using “parecchi momenti” instead.
