あなたは本当に休暇を取るに値します。

English Translation

You really deserve a vacation.

Should this reading be “あたいします”?

@Conor_JPN
You are correct. 値【ち】します should be replaced with 値【あたい】します in the new Fluency Fast Track.
But the problem is that the entire Japanese sentence is a very robotic and unnatural word-for-word translation. I would propose:

休みを貰って当然だよ。(pron. やすみをもらってとうぜんだよ)

We say ~に値する mostly when the subject is an inanimate object or abstract concept. あなた + 値する is understandable but not so natural.

休暇を取る in the original sentence implies that the leave of absence with pay is already given but hasn’t been scheduled when to take. In other words, you cannot execute the granted right of LWP unless you achieve something great.
On the other hand, 休みを貰う can be interpreted as “getting additional days off because of your significant contribution” like an extra bonus.

あなたは should be dropped. And 本当に is unnatural.

FYI: I’ve already reported to the admin, but the new FFT contains many typos and errors. I’m not so sure this is the right time to start playing the new FFT.

Absolutely. There seems to be a lot of work needed on the Japanese track at least.
